| Rasik's
DHOL talent all started as an ambition in Indian music
where he first at the age of 13 participated at Willesden Temple as
a chorus singer, in 1992 where Willesden Temple released a religious
album with modern beats. As years went by his visits gradually increased
to the studios to do more recording for more albums.
As
his interests amplified in music, him and his mates then decided
to perform a Band playing the finest Asian and other music entertaining
a wide range of crowd for all occasions from sanjees, Navratri,
Weddings, Birthdays and many more.
Their
music was recognised by major Televison networks and performed for
Zee TV, BBC, and other international
Television networks.
Rasik took the role of playing the Traditional instruments called
"DOLAK", "KONGOS"
and "DHOL"
He then took his interest further and took TABLA lessons,
By
playing these Traditional instruments he wanted to concentrate on
1 specific instrument and take every opportunity to succeed on his
talent of the instrument he was comfortable with (DHOL).
Rasik
now performs in various venues from Wedding escorting, Sanjees,
Parades, DJs, Road shows and many more.
He
affirms playing the DHOL relaxes him and takes his mind to another
world.
